anything. We make sure that we
make smart, prudent investments.
The decision to invest and how
to manage those investments is
always informed by experience

Once we make an investment, we
apply the same rigor as during
due diligence — committing
significant internal and external
resources to active and disciplined
oversight. We are always working
to assure that the companies in
which we invest have the resources
they need to be successful, and
are “on course” to
reaching their full potential.
Our core team has worked together
since 1997, following a disciplined
investment strategy. In an effort
to align our interests with those
of our limited partners, we invest
a significant amount of our own
