Saw Mill Capital Announces the Acquisition of iAutomation

Briarcliff Manor, New York – Saw Mill Capital Partners II, LP and affiliated private equity investment funds managed by Saw Mill Capital LLC (“Saw Mill”), together with the management of AutomationSolutions, Inc. (“iAutomation”), announced today the acquisition of iAutomation, a value-added designer and distributor of highly-engineered automation products, solutions and services for manufacturers of technologically advanced automated equipment. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. This is the second investment in Saw Mill’s most recent private equity fund.
